Enterprise AI automation platform

Describe the workflow.
BridgeComp builds it.

Connect applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems in natural language. The AI drafts and modifies the automation; BridgeComp's execution engine runs the approved logic only — deterministically, with full observability, in the cloud or inside your own network.

AI Builder

Enterprise automation, prompt-first.

Describing the process is the interface. No canvas of boxes and arrows, and no integration developer needed for every change — you say what should happen, BridgeComp drafts the flow and shows you exactly what it will do before anything runs.

  • AI designs. The engine executes. The model writes a flow specification; the deterministic engine runs the approved version. No LLM sits on the transaction path, and no transaction waits on a model.
  • Validated before it exists. Every proposal is rendered offline against the real mapping engine and a real payload — an empty or unresolved mapping fails the gate, and the assumptions the AI made are listed for you to check.
  • Approved by a human. A drafted flow is created in dry-run. Taking it live is a separate, role-gated, audited action — one that refuses to proceed without an alert destination unless someone explicitly acknowledges going without.
  • Honest about data. The AI sees your description and the names and kinds of the systems involved — never credentials, never the documents your jobs carry. Bring your own model key, or don't enable it at all.
The BridgeComp AI architecture: a business user describes the process in natural language, the AI Builder drafts a flow specification, a validation gate renders it against the real mapping engine, and the enterprise runtime executes the approved version against your systems.
  1. 01

    Draft

The AI drafts the flow from your description — or an admin configures it by hand. Either way it's the same reviewable configuration.

  2. 02

    Validate

The mapping is rendered against a real payload before the flow can exist. Empty or unresolved output fails the gate.

  3. 03

    Dry-run

The full pipeline runs — read, map, verify, record — without the final external write, for as long as you want to watch it.

  4. 04

    Go live

An admin-only, audited flip. Who, when, which flow — and rolling back is configuration, not a deploy.

AI can build it. Your organization stays in control.

Enterprise-grade automation

Built for enterprise automation.

BridgeComp pairs an AI-first building experience with the control, security and observability business-critical integrations require.

Controlled execution

AI proposes; the engine executes only approved, versioned configuration. The model is never on the execution path.

Complete audit trail

Config changes, go-live flips, retries, support access — actor, target, time, append-only. Every job keeps its per-step requests and responses.

Role-based access

Viewer, operator or admin per group, plus company administrators. Watching the warehouse integration isn't editing the finance one.

Version control

Every flow configuration change is snapshotted. Diff versions, restore an old one, see what a flow looked like when a given job ran.

Centralized monitoring

Dashboard, jobs, alerts and cutover across every integration in one place — not a log file per system.

Enterprise error handling

Failures classified transient, permanent or business-rule. Backoff ladder, circuit breaker, deduplicated alerts by email, Slack or webhook — and a dead man's switch for silence.

Test-first delivery

Flows start in dry-run. Duplicate a connection for testing with credentials deliberately blank. Diff dry-run payloads before anything goes live.

Custom integrations

75 connectors with databases and file interfaces included, internal systems reachable via on-premise deployment — and we build the connector when a system isn't in the catalogue.

How it works

One control layer. The same five steps for every transaction.

A flow starts with an event — a webhook from the source system, or a call to the flow's own endpoint from a job you already run. What happens next is identical whether the document is a sales order or a service call, which is why a new integration is configuration rather than a project.

ReadFetch the whole document from the source — not just whatever the webhook happened to carry.
  2. 02
MapField mappings, lookups and conditions from the flow's configuration. Readable, diffable, versioned.
  3. 03
ExecuteWrite to the target. Steps that commit an external write are marked as committed.
  4. 04
VerifyConfirmations are matched line by line against what was sent, or the whole thing fails.
  5. 05
RecordEvery step, request, response, duration and actor kept for your retention window.

Deployment

Deploy BridgeComp your way.

Run BridgeComp in our cloud, in a dedicated private-cloud instance, or on your own infrastructure. The building experience — prompt-first, dry-run-first — is the same everywhere; what changes is where it runs and who controls the machines.

BridgeComp Cloud

Fully managed. Start connecting systems without running infrastructure — we operate the platform, watch it with the same monitoring you see, and keep nightly database backups.

  • Fastest start
  • Managed updates

Private cloud

A dedicated single-tenant instance: hosted by us in a region you choose, or installed on a virtual machine in your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account. Your data shares nothing with other tenants.

  • Dedicated instance
  • Your region

On-premise architecture

Need everything inside your network?

The whole platform — AI builder, execution engine, management console and database — is one application. On-premise, all of it installs on machines you control, with a one-shot installer, nightly database backups and zero-downtime deploys.

  • Internal systems, reached directly. The engine sits on your network, so the ERP, the warehouse database and the legacy file interface don't need to be exposed to anything.
  • Cloud systems, reached outbound. Flows that talk to SaaS applications make outbound HTTPS calls — no inbound holes in your firewall.
  • The AI builder is the one optional external call. Drafting a flow calls the model provider over outbound HTTPS with your own key — sending your description and system names, never credentials, never job data. Leave it unconfigured and flows are built by hand instead; execution never needs it.
  • Data residency by architecture. Job history, payloads, credentials and the audit trail live in your deployment's database. What leaves your network is decided by your flows, not by the platform.
On-premise architecture: BridgeComp — AI builder, management, execution engine and database in one deployment — runs inside your network and reaches internal systems directly. Only outbound HTTPS leaves the network: calls to cloud systems your flows use, and optionally the AI model provider for flow drafting.

Connectivity

Connect cloud and on-premise systems.

Modern companies rarely run entirely in the cloud. BridgeComp connects SaaS applications with the databases, file interfaces and enterprise software inside private networks — the same flows, whichever side of the firewall each system lives on.

Web orders into the ERP

Shopify to SAP Business One, through BridgeComp.

A storefront order becomes an ERP sales order — one order per storefront reference, however many times the webhook fires.

  • Idempotent creates
  • Retry with backoff

Stock and fulfilment back to the storefront

SAP Business One to Shopify, through BridgeComp.

Inventory levels and fulfilment status follow the ERP document, so the shop stops selling what the warehouse no longer has.

  • Change-driven
  • Job history

Fulfilment handoff

NetSuite to 3PL / warehouse, through BridgeComp.

Fulfilment requests to the logistics provider, with shipment and units-sent data reconciled on the way back.

  • Line matching
  • Alerting

Partner or portal integration

SAP Business One to External REST API, through BridgeComp.

Documents pushed to a partner API — including one we build for you when the system isn't in the catalogue.

  • Typed error classes
  • Circuit breaker

ERP and CRM in step

ERP to Salesforce, through BridgeComp.

Customers, orders and service calls kept aligned between the system of record and the system your revenue team lives in.

  • Field mapping
  • Audit trail

Line-of-business data into the ERP

SQL Server / PostgreSQL to ERP, through BridgeComp.

Rows from a shop-floor or legacy database become ERP records, triggered by the job you already run against that database.

  • Validation
  • Dry-run first

Operations into reporting

ERP to BigQuery / BI, through BridgeComp.

Operational documents land in the warehouse your BI stack already reads, without a nightly export nobody owns.

  • Job history
  • Failure alerts

Something that isn't on this list

If a system isn't among the 75 in the catalogue, we build the connector — one is included from Professional up. The flow patterns don't change.

  • Custom connector
  • Same contract

Reliability & monitoring

When a job fails at 6am, the answer is on one screen.

Generic automation tools treat an ERP order like any other webhook. BridgeComp treats it like money, because it is — so the interesting part of the product is what happens on a bad day.

  • Step timelines. Every step with its request, response, duration and error — no log spelunking.
  • Classified failures. Transient, permanent or business-rule. Only transient failures retry, on a 30s → 2m → 10m → 1h → 6h ladder.
  • Circuit breaker. Ten fast failures against one target in five minutes pauses that target instead of hammering it — and the pause doesn't consume the job's retry attempts.
  • Alerts that mean something. Email, Slack or webhook on failures, orphaned confirmations and circuit trips, deduplicated so they stay readable.
  • A dead man's switch. If the worker goes quiet or the queue backs up, you hear about it — silence is a failure mode too.

Job SO-24186

failed attempt 2 of 5
ok fetch_source_doc 412 ms
ok target_lookup 180 ms
failed target_create 2,104 ms

transient · HTTP 503 from target · retry 3 of 5 scheduled in 2m

queued target_status_update —
A job's step timeline: each step's status, name and duration, with the classified failure and the scheduled retry.

Duplicate protection

Duplicate creates, prevented by design.

The one integration failure you can't quietly fix is the order that shipped twice. This isn't a promise in a datasheet — it's four mechanisms in the execution engine.

  • Committed writes are marked. Once a step has created something in the target, the job is never retried automatically, and the manual retry is refused by the API rather than merely discouraged.
  • Repeat events update. A second webhook for a reference BridgeComp already created issues an update, not a second order.
  • A correlation ledger, line by line. Outbound orders record their lines; a confirmation has to match that ledger exactly or the whole confirmation fails and nothing is written.
  • Ambiguity fails closed. A timeout on a write that may have landed is treated as permanent, not transient — nothing re-sends on a guess.

Correlation ledger · SO-24188

line 1 · 24 units sent matched
line 2 · 6 units sent matched
line 3 · 12 units sent, 9 confirmed discrepancy
Result · confirmation rejected, 0 writes to the ERP alert sent
A correlation ledger where one line's confirmed units don't match what was sent, so the whole confirmation is rejected and no partial data reaches the ERP.

Migration

Migrate without a leap of faith.

You already have an integration in production. It mostly works, and nobody wants to be the person who broke order flow. Your existing integration stays live and stays the system of record until BridgeComp has proven itself against it, document by document.

  1. 01

    Connect

Systems and credentials go in encrypted, and each connection is tested before a flow references it.

  2. 02

    Validate

The flow's mapping is rendered against a real payload before it can be saved — an empty or unresolved mapping fails the gate.

  3. 03

    Dry run

New flows default to dry-run: the full pipeline runs except the final write, in parallel with your legacy integration.

  4. 04

    Compare

Export the dry-run payloads and diff them against what the old integration sent. In-flight orders are seeded into the ledger so their confirmations still match.

  5. 05

    Go live

Turning dry-run off is an audited action — who, when, which flow. Rolling back is configuration, and takes about thirty seconds.

Talk through your cutover

One flow at a time. The bar for going live is zero unexplained differences, not "mostly matches".

Connectors

75 connectors. One contract.

Every connector speaks the same four verbs internally — test connection, read, create, update — so a flow never cares which system sits on either side, and adding one doesn't change the engine.

ERP integrations

Built for the way ERPs actually work.

Priotech has spent 15+ years delivering ERP projects. BridgeComp is what that experience looks like as a product — the ERP is a first-class system here, not just an entry in a connector list.

  • Documents, not rows. Sales orders, vendor returns, disposals, service calls and inward receipts are handled as the multi-line documents they are — with confirmations matched line by line back to the originating document.
  • Named ERP connectors. SAP Business One, NetSuite, Microsoft Dataverse and generic OData interfaces — same engine, same monitoring, same migration path for each.
  • On-premise reality. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, FTP and file connectors for the parts of an ERP estate that never had an API.
  • Test and live kept apart. Test and production are separate connections, not a checkbox — and duplicating a connection deliberately leaves the credentials blank.
  • Status back into the ERP. Write-backs so the system of record shows where the order actually is — every write attributable to who, when and which flow version.
  • Documents out, confirmations back into the same document
  • Status write-backs so the ERP shows where the order actually is
  • Every write attributable: who, when, from which flow version

Security

Enterprise control without sacrificing simplicity.

No trust badges doing the work of engineering. These are the mechanisms, and the security overview names every one we don't have yet.

Credentials go in, never out

Encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key held outside the database. No API — internal or external — returns a stored credential.

Two-factor authentication

TOTP with one-time recovery codes, enforced for administrator roles. Sessions are revocable individually or all at once.

Tenant isolation, enforced in code

Company scope is applied at the repository layer, and an architecture test fails the build if a route bypasses it.

Least-privilege groups

Systems, flows and jobs are grouped; users hold viewer, operator or admin per group. Seeing one integration isn't touching another.

Append-only audit trail

Every change recorded with actor, target and time — including vendor support access, which is banner-marked while it's happening.

Authenticated webhooks

Each flow's endpoint carries its own scoped bearer token, shown once at minting and stored only as a hash.

Automation for your infrastructure.

Cloud applications, internal systems, databases and APIs — described in natural language, executed by one controlled platform, deployed where your architecture needs it.
